How Do I Password Protect Zip File

Encryption is an important method to securely transfer data or to store the data so as to protect your files and images safely.

 

 To password protect your files follow as below:

1. Double-click the compressed folder or choose add files to archive or right click and create new archive that you want to protect.
2. Now in the File menu, click Add a Password. You will find a box.
3. In the Password box, you can type the password that you want to use. 
4. Type the same password in the Confirm Password box, and then click OK.
5. Voila !! Now your document is password protected.
