This first post is being copied from my previous blog hostknot. The below post will guide you on how to configure your domain name to your blogger.in blog.!
Its very simple.. Try below mentioned steps..
To configure the domain that you've purchased with your blog follow the following steps..
Step 1: Login to your control panel
Step 2: You can now see "SETTINGS" click and open the settings. Once you press settings you will see following page.
Step 3: Now Click "Publishing" option to proceed. Once you open it, go to advance settings following page will appear .. Configure it with your domain name.
Your settings @ Blogger panel is now complete. Now login to your domain admin panel..
Step 4: Once you login, go to List All order to find the registered services..
Step: 5 You will now find list of registered domains, Click on the domain that you wish to configure with your blogger account. Once you click on the domain, following page appears
Step 6: You can find DNS Management option to the right of your screen. Click that, you can add your A records in "Manage DNS"
Step 7: Click on Manage DNS, a popup window will appear, "A Records" will be selected by default. Click on "CNAME Records" and add the following entries
And
Doing so will direct to blog.yoursite.com .. Wait for 24 hours and you will be able to visit your blog.
Note: The domain pointed at your blogger and the CNAME added must be same.
Tip: You can change blog with empty space
and www.blog with only www to point your blogger to yourname.com instead of blog.yoursite.com.
