Recipe Name: Egg Gravy
Preparation Time: 10 to 15 Minutes
Difficulty Level: Easy
Ingredients:
- Eggs
- Oil
- Coconut Milk (200 ml)
- Pl Note: Tetra Pack of 200 ml is available and the same can be used.
- Ginger Garlic Paste (2 Table Spoons)
- Egg Masala Powder (4 Table Spoons)
- Red Chilly (10 Nos)
- Coriander Seeds (3 Table Spoons)
- Water (200 ml)
- Turmeric (pinch)
- Onion (1 Nos)
- Salt (As per taste)
- Coriander leaves
Procedure:
- Take ingredients 3 to 10 in Mixer and Grind till a thin paste is formed.
- In a pan pour two table spoons of Oil
- Pour the paste in pan and boil for a while
- Add water till thin gravy is formed (Note: If you have added excess water in mixer then you may skip this step)
- Add salt and mix well
- Break eggs and carefully drop them into gravy.
- Wait for few minutes till eggs slightly solidifies
- Carefully flip eggs and boil for a while.
- Cut small pieces of coriander leaves and sprinkle on the gravy.
- The gravy is ready to be served.
Pl Note: One may even mix tomatoes if required.
